My name is Andrea Johnson, and I have the amazing opportunity to take on the role of Principal for Western Hills Primary. I am honored and excited to be chosen to join the family and to serve the children, parents, staff, and community of Fort Worth ISD.
For the past 15 years, I have served at every level in education, elementary, middle, and high school. Before moving to Fort Worth to be near my family, I have enjoyed serving as an elementary principal in San Antonio, Texas, for the past three years. My experiences have provided me a unique perspective on the development of children. I am passionate about my students, and I am committed to ensuring they have access to high-quality instruction, are safe, and are challenged academically. My number one passion is to ensure that our students receive the best education possible to reach their potential as thriving college and career-ready adults.

J'Anzia Bell Cook
Greetings Western Hills Primary Parents and Community! My name is J'Anzia Bell-Cook. I have served in Fort Worth ISD for 19 years as an elementary school teacher, an Early Learning Instructional Coach and now as an Assistant Principal. I believe that building relationships is the key to fostering a love of lifelong learning in our students.
I am a wife and a mom. I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling and I am a lover of books.
I have a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Teacher Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs!!). My goal is to see our students excel and become productive human beings who have ample opportunity to become whatever they want to be when they grow up. It is my privilege to collaboratively lead a campus that exemplifies continuous improvement and embodies a positive culture where everyone works together to support the social emotional and academic success of all students. I look forward to interacting with all stakeholders in our school community and I am excited about the opportunity to transform the lives of our students here at Western Hills Primary.
